Registration Fee

  • Includes access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches specified in the scientific program, badge, bag, congress book and participation certificate.
  • Value-added tax (VAT) of 20% will be added to the registration fees.
  • Everyone entering the congress center must be registered for the congress.
  • Participation in courses will be free and will be limited by registration capacity.

  • The accommodation fees include a 4-night package, and the accommodation type is all-inclusive.
  • The accommodation fee will be added to VAT (10%) and Accommodation Tax (2%).

 

  • The DAILY EXTERNAL PARTICIPANT FEE for participants not staying at congress hotels is 1,250 TL + VAT (20%). Since the hotel concept is all-inclusive, participants without accommodation must pay this fee during the registration process.
  • For accommodation fee payments, the calculation of the Turkish Lira amount will be made based on the effective foreign exchange selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey on the day of payment.

 

TRANSFER FEES

  • Transfers will be made for all participants who have reported their transfer details to Lena Tourism.
  • You need to inform Lena Tourism at least 24 hours in advance about changes in flight times.
  • THE ROUND-TRIP TRANSFER FEE IS 1,100 TL + VAT (20%).

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • You can make your Registration – Accommodation and Transfer payments by wire transfer to the bank account details below or register on our On-Line Registration System and make your payment by credit card.
  • Payments must be made over net amounts. The commission amounts to be incurred during bank transfer transactions must be added to the paid amount. For credit card payments, the 5% commission fee to be reflected by the bank will be added to the related amount. Otherwise, payments will be considered incomplete, and the relevant amounts will be requested during the registration process.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

For cancellation requests, you need to send an email to info@travma2023.org.

The last cancellation date for your Registration, Accommodation and Transfer payments is October 16, 2023. Cancellation requests after this date will not be accepted and refunds will not be made. Refunds for requests received before the last cancellation date will be made 30 days after the start date of the congress.
